- Project Management - Perform the role of principal contractor under CDM regulations for the majority of projects. Turnkey service covering design, fabrication, assembly, onsite installation, testing & commissioning, as well as refurbishments and replacements.
- Design Management - Including Design Planning, Design Implementation, Evaluation and Assessment for functionality and client satisfaction.
- Mechanical Overhaul - Including comprehensive maintenance and refurbishment of machinery to include thorough examining inspection, stripping components to assess condition, repair and replacement of damaged parts. Reassembly and Testing to ensure correct operations.

Our Site Services division service and support large-scale hydro power and utilities schemes, supported by dedicated fabrication facilities in Invergordon and Nigg - which are all accredited to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO45001 and Achilles UVDB Verify (Category B2). This service ranges from concept design through to site installation for a wide range of assets, including:
- Water Control Gates: Stoplogs / Bulkhead Gates, Control Gates, Dock Gates, Draft Tube Gates, Drum Gates, Emergency Roller Gates, Fish Pass Gates, Freshet Gates, Intake Gates, Mitre Gates, Radial Gates, Sector Gates and Tilting Weir Gates.
- Water Control Screens: Intake & Outlet Screens, Fish Protection & Smolt Screens, Band Type Screens, Fine & Coarse Screens.
