Procedures and Materials
Global Energy Group can offer an extensive range of prequalified welding procedures for Pipework, Controlled Tubing and Structural applications.
- Welding Processes include Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW), Submerged Arc Welding (SAW), Shielded Metal Arc Welding (MMA), Gas Shielded Flux Cored Arc Welding (GSFCAW), Gas Shielded Metal Cored Arc Welding (GSMCAW), Tip-Tig, Metal Inert Gas Welding / Metal Active Gas Welding (MIG / MAG)
- Qualification Standards include British Standards, Norsok, AWS, ASME, EEMUA and DNV.
- Material Grades – Low and High Strength Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, Inconel, CRA Clad materials, Duplex / Superduplex.
- Material Ranges – Diameter from 0.5” to Unlimited, Thickness from 3mm and above.
